If you have any questions that haven’t been answered here, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We are currently available evenings and weekends and can accommodate week day bookings with at least 1 months notice. We hope to be able to extend our hours to offer weekdays in the future.
To get the most out of your session and to begin to see a difference, your session will need to be at least 3 hours. Unfortunately we would just not get the results in any less time.
I am fully flexible but anything up to 30 miles from SN3 is included within the cost of the service. Anything further than 30 miles is 45p per mile and anything over 90 minutes of travelling will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
This completely varies between clients. Some are able to make decisions very quickly whereas others may need longer. Therefore, it is best to book an initial consultation so I can see the area. It is hard to give an exact quote of time until I have had one session with you.
There aren’t any formal or recognised qualifications to become a Professional Organiser and Declutterer. However, I have completed a diploma and also have plenty of on the job experience and each clients sessions will be tailored to their needs. I am also a member of the Association of Professional Declutterers and Organisers (APDO).
Yes, we hold full cover for Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insane up to £1,000,000. We are also DBS checked and registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) for Data Protection.
It is always preferred for a client to be there during a session as there will be decisions to be made that only you can make.
No. We will work through each room and item together and provide advice based on whether you use it, how often and how many you have. It would also depend on the goals you set yourself at the start of the session, but it is ultimately your decision what stays and goes. We will never make you get rid of anything you are not sure about.
All you need to do to prepare is to consider what you want to achieve during your sessions. There is nothing else you can prepare. Don’t worry about tidying before I arrive, as it is good to see your space and how you are currently using it. Please also do not buy any storage in advance of my visit. We will work together to see what you need. If you buy before, you may end up with the wrong storage or too much.
Have a good night sleep the night before and a good breakfast.
No, the role of a cleaner and Professional Organiser is very different and also provide a different focus. However, I do have surface wipes if we wish to clean/wipe any surfaces/drawers etc as part of the organising process.
Please don’t feel embarrassed. It is absolutely ok to ask for help and we all need to from time to time. I offer a non-judgement service and would love to be able to help you with your goals.
We understand that life can be expensive, but it’s about weighing up what you really need, how it will impact your mental health and the money you could save from hiring a Professional Organiser. Is there anything you may be able to save on this month to pay for this? If a full day isn’t an option then even a half day or a consultation could be a good starting point done some inspiration. You will always find plenty of tips on my social media profiles too.
